Copford Place care home
History
Copford Place is a 18th century Grade II listed building in the village of Copford, situated just 5 miles away from colchester.It contains a chimneypiece dated 1698 and other old period fittings in the house that indicate the same. Converted in 1947 to accommodation for the elderly. I couldnt find much history on this place and everything I did find was the same on every website or report.
