Don't know anything about this place (hence the "codename") but I was told that a couple used to live there, the wife died around 20 years ago but the husband lived there until he died a few years back...
That doesn't really add up though as there is many little old artefacts laying around, not to mention the 80s style bathroom, unless he just lived with it like that.
Quite a small place but really enjoyed this one.
