Came across these 2 places whilst driving around with narcoticprawn.
After some research I've found the 2 places have not been lived in since 2002. One has permission to be demolished and 5 bed house to be built on site. The other is looking like there was an attempt to do it up but now left. Massive bit of land.
Rightmove has listing for 2 million in 2016
